If you've seen the DVD you know about Deleted Scene #91: "Lucky Enough To Be A Ghost." If not, I'll explain. :^)
Originally there was supposed to be a full-blown song-and-dance routine featuring Dr. Harvey and the Trio, during their first psychology session. Unfortunately the scene was too expensive to animate and had to be axed. Remember when Kat told Vic that her dad "kinda hit the ceiling" when she asked him if she could have a party? That's referring to the end of the deleted scene, where the Trio float Dr. Harvey on his couch up to the ceiling - and then let him drop when Kat bursts in wanting to know if she can have a party.
I've transcribed the lyrics to the song as best I could (a few words were difficult to understand and there was no caption option).
