I live in Argentina and over here so few people knew about this show (it was aired on Cartoon Network really late at night and only once a week) that everytime i meet someone that does, they are automatically my friends! It´s like a secret cult hahah.

It´s great that you made the webpage, now let´s spread the word!

by the way I never realized there were only 13 episodes...

You've done a great job with this site!

I was Hanna-Barbera's producer for THE EXTREMELY MENTAL MISADVENTURES OF ED GRIMLEY and am delighted to see such an avid following for the show. (I also produced NBC's CAMP CANDY for DIC.) I , too, remain a big fan of all things SCTV!

If anyone is interested, I have several original cels from the show's opening titles available for sale.

Aloha,

Scott Shaw!

Webmaster comments   Thank you! I gotta tell you Scott, I get more emails from fans in Australia than anywhere else. Did you know there was such a huge Ed Grimley following down under? :)

A most wonderful site extolling the virtues of one of TV's greatest, I must say. Well done Sparky and thank you.

I found some TCMMoEG DVDs from a seller on Sell.com and I'm sure they were transfered from VHS. The quality is anything but great (quite bad, actually) but watching them again brought back all the reasons I watched it originally. If the DVDs available here are better than VHS quality I would be interested. Thanks again, Sparky!

(P.S. - In episode 11 "Eyewitness Ed" the term Ed uses is, "Hot dog weiner FRANKS for snacking." Thought you'd want to know. Please edit this as you see fit.)

Webmaster comments   Yes my DVDs are better than VHS transfers, email me if you'd like a set. :) And yes I know the exact quote, I just liked the shorter version for the site.
