Here are the Cartoon Network Block Party Foster's stories I have scanned in. I do generally keep some extra copies of these comic books on hand, so shoot me an email if you're looking to buy one. By the way, these jpg files have been compressed to save me bandwidth. If you need the hi-res version of any particular page, email me and I'll send it to you. Just keep the requests to a reasonable number; if you need every page of a story maybe you should just ask me for a hardcopy of the comic. 
(Btw I am not currently missing any of the Foster's stories; gaps in the issues means issues that did not have Foster's stories at all.)
