There were many episodes of Inspector Gadget released commercially on video. Some came out when the series was new, some a few years later, some a few years later, and so on. The following is a list I am attempting to compile of all these tapes, so if you're looking for episodes you'll have an idea of what tapes to look for and which you won't need because you already have those episodes elsewhere (many episodes were released multiple times). Tapes are grouped by what company released them,and the release dates accompany the titles. If you see '???' it means I don't know the year.

Gadget's Greatest Gadgets (1998) - 65 minutes. Contains The Capeman Cometh; Prince of the Gypsies; Gadget's Gadgets (these copies of the episodes do not include the 'Safety Tip' bits at the ends. See how Disney cuts corners. ;)

Magic Gadget (1992) - 25 minutes. Contains only Magic Gadget.

Funny Money (1990) - 25 minutes. Contains only Funny Money.
Volume A1 (1983) - 25 minutes. Contains only The Invasion. Note this tape is also often sold simply under the title 'The Invasion' rather than 'Volume A1'.
Volume AA (???) - 45 minutes. Contains Race to the Finish and one other episode, don't know which yet.
Volume BB (???) - 45 minutes. Contains A Star Is Lost and Movie Set.
Volume CC (1983) - 45 minutes. Contains Amusement Park and Volcano Island (often misnamed as Gadget Goes Hawaiian).

Volume 1 (1986) - 52 minutes. Contains Magic Gadget and The Great Wambini's Seance.
Volume 3 (1986) - 52 minutes. Contains Gadget In Minimadness and The Incredible Shrinking Gadget. Note this tape is also often sold simply under the title 'The Incredible Shrinking Gadget'.

Volume 3 (1987) - 25 minutes. Contains only Ghost Catchers. Now, I know this is supposed to be Volume 3 because that's what my sources say but for the life of me I can't locate the words 'Volume 3' anywhere on the tape or tape cover. Therefore, expect this tape to be usually identified as simply 'Ghost Catchers'.
The Daffy Detective (1986) - 110 minutes. Contains N.S.F Gadget; Magic Gadget; The Great Wambini's Séance; Wambini Predicts; Bad Dreams Are Made Of This.

Since I don't own these tapes yet the titles/running times may be incorrect.

Volume 2 (???) - 44 minutes. Contains Focus On Gadget and M.A.D. In the Moon.
Volume 1 (???) - ?? minutes. Contains Coo-Coo Clock Caper; All That Glitters; Gadget Goes West; Eye of the Dragon.
Volume 2 (???) - ?? minutes. Contains All That Glitters; Gadget Goes West; Coo-Coo Clock Caper.
Volume 3 (???) - 90 minutes. Don't know which episodes, but for 90 minutes there must be four.
Volume 4 (???) - 90 minutes. Contains Art Heist; Health Spa; The Boat; The Amazon (often called "Amazon River").
Volume 5 (???) - 25 minutes. Contains only Did You Myth Me?
Volume 6 (???) - 45 minutes. Contains Do Unto Udders and In Seine.
Gadget To the Rescue (???) - 90 minutes. Contains Basic Training; Launch Time; Sleeping Gas; A Clear Case.
Fang the Wonderdog (???) - 45 minutes. Contains Fang the Wonderdog and Emerald Duck.
All That Glitters (???) - 30 minutes. Contains only All That Glitters.
Busy Signal (???) - 25 minutes. Contains only Busy Signal.
Crashcourse In Crime (???) - 25 minutes. Contains only Crashcourse In Crime.
Gadget's Roma (???) - 25 minutes. Contains only Gadget's Roma.
Haunted Castle (???) - 25 minutes. Contains only Haunted Castle.
King Wrong (???) - 25 minutes. Contains only King Wrong.
M.A.D. Academy (???) - 45 minutes. Contains M.A.D. Academy and Pirate Island.
Presto Change-o (???) - 25 minutes. Contains only something called Presto Change-o, which could be The Infiltration.
School For Pickpockets (???) - 30 minutes. Contains only School For Pickpockets.
Smelderado (???) - 45 minutes. Contains Smelderado and Bermuda Triangle.
Coo-Coo Clock Caper (???) - 23 minutes. Contains only Coo-Coo Clock Caper.
Quiz Masters (???) - 30 minutes. Contains only Quizz Master, and also something identified as "Hunter in Bye-Bye Bell", whoever Hunter is.
