Enter the Puddle World. Go north until you reach the second lamppost, then turn east. Enter the pink stairwell. Get on the highway and head east. There will be a Jellyfish in the road; interact with it to make it jingle. Then go east off the screen into the black area. Pass the five creatures then turn back (the five will be gone, replaced with a single green one) onto the highway. Go north on the small path and touch the red tentacle coming out of the manhole.
Go east past the grey thing and touch the other red tentacle, Enter the head. Go east two screens.
Note: While this does not effect the Thing With the Quivering Jaw, passing the five creatures TWICE rather than once before turning back will make the grey thing red instead of grey (see below). This may affect something else in the game; I don't know.
Another Note: (After testing this over and over) I'm not sure if this is consistent, and visitors to the site have pretty much confirmed that its not. Oh well.
