Sparky's Mini-Guide To the Penguin In the Comics

As I acquire comics containing appearances by the Penguin I will post them on here. I will provide the names of the people who created the comics as well as synopses of the stories (spoilers ahead!); not to mention scans of the covers and choice panels. And, if I get time, my opinions on the comics in general (thought you were safe, didn't you?. ;^) Titles are listed in chronological order.

Note: I am kinda too poor to keep collecting comics so these might be all you're going to get.
